Welcome to Huntington Park Residents & Ratepayers Association
We love living in Huntington Park and want to keep it a nice place for you and your family to live. We have so many amenities so close to use, and most within easy walking distance of Huntington Park.
We hold monthly meetings held at Dannemora Gardens, 30 Matarangi Road. All residents are welcome to attend these meetings and to participate any way they wish.

Introducing "Age Concern Auckland"
We would like to introduce the Age Concern Auckland website. They are a non-profit organisation dedicated solely to the over 65s, committed to promoting wellbeing, rights, respect and dignity for older people. Their vision is to create an inclusive society where older people thrive alongside individuals of all ages. They have an Elder Abuse Response Services team and also offer services for the Asian community.
Shared update of 161 Guys Road from Kāinga Ora:
PAST EVENTS:
- Planning a “Community viewing day” Saturday 4th May 10-12pm. They will have information boards and handouts of FAQ’s on the day as well as approximately 8 staff members who will help answer any questions. A staff member will be taking photos of the event to share internally. Attendees who do not wish to be in photos can let the staff member know. They will provide finger food on the day.

We have already communicated to Kāinga Ora our Communities objectives and goals:
- Safety and security of an integrated Huntington Park community.
- Cohesive integration of all residents into the Huntington Park community.
- Preserving the Heritage of the Guys Homestead and the Huntington park Heritage reserves.
- Work together to maximise resource and outcomes.
- Kept in the know regarding anything significant that could impact the neighbours i.e. tenants background.
